At Lumora, we want you to love your jewelry. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, we gladly offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged item

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item has a manufacturing defect

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items that show signs of wear or use

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Custom or personalized items

Refunds

Once your claim is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If a refund is approved, you do not need to return the item unless specifically requested.

Replacements

For damaged or incorrect items, we will send a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

Requests sent after 7 days of delivery may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. Once processing begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
