Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once available.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders:

shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
that are refused or unclaimed

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping costs may apply.

Delays
